Jayson’s extensive experience encompasses commercial and institutional projects ranging in size and complexity from relatively simple renovations and additions to complex multifaceted phased renovations in occupied settings. He has served as project designer and project manager for facilities ranging up to $75 million in construction costs, including renovations, adaptive reuse, additions and new construction projects.
Jayson has the depth of experience and thorough understanding of the design and construction process to provide outstanding leadership. He is an experienced designer of educational facilities, having worked on numerous public and private schools, with projects ranging from new construction and major additions to renovations and ADA modifications.
Jayson has a unique understanding of owners’ needs, shaped by the knowledge gained while practicing with Johns Hopkins Hospital. As the in-house senior architect, he developed a sensitivity to the needs of the institution, as well as the wants of the clients, while balancing the limitations of the budget.

Jayson is a published and award-winning designer, recognized for his design excellence by the Chesapeake Bay Chapter and the Potomac Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and Anne Arundel County.
